Aaron Grossman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron is the CEO of TalentLaunch since July 2016, focusing on accelerating growth for small-to-mid-size staffing and recruitment firms by providing strategic business solutions. Prior to that, they co-founded Alliance Solutions Group, LLC in May 2001. Aaron also served as a Division Director at Robert Half International from February 1999 to May 2001. Aaron began their career at Mapes & Company as an Account Manager from August 1997 to February 1999.

Aaron Grossman attended Beachwood High School from 1988 to 1992. After completing high school, they went on to study at Miami University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
