Alessia Stefani is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Talentia Software since February 2022, specializing in drafting and negotiating various IT contracts including SaaS, licenses, and agreements with partners. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Intern at PERICLES-AVOCATS, where responsibilities involved conducting shareholder meetings for account approval, drafting minutes, and filing accounts. Additionally, Alessia worked at LAMY LEXEL Avocats Associés, managing account approval campaigns for listed companies, and assisting in the organization of virtual shareholder meetings. Early internship experience at ALCYACONSEIL focused on drafting legal and administrative documents.
