Vijaya Prabhu has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Vijaya is currently working at Sterling as the Vice President & Legal Counsel for APAC. Prior to this, they worked at Dun & Bradstreet, where they held various roles such as Associate Director - Legal & Compliance, Deputy Legal & Compliance Lead, and Senior Legal & Compliance Manager. Vijaya also worked at GJEPC as an Assistant Manager in the Legal & Compliance department and at Dun & Bradstreet as a Legal Executive.

Vijaya Prabhu has a High School degree from S.E.S High School. Vijaya then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai. Later, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law from VPM's TMC Law College, Mumbai University. Most recently, in 2019, they received a DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor degree in Privacy from the Data Security Council of India.
