Laurie Graves is the Founder and CEO of Talenteum Group, a position held since April 2020. Prior to this role, Laurie worked at Wyndham Destinations / RCI from August 2007 to April 2020, serving in various capacities including Senior Manager of Learning and Organizational Development, Manager of Organizational Capability and Effectiveness, and Supervisor roles in Learning and Development and Training and Communications. Laurie's career at Wyndham Worldwide / RCI began in May 2004 as a Global Sales Training Specialist, which continued until July 2007. Laurie holds a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, earned between 2005 and 2007, and also attended Indiana University Bloomington.
