Nikhil Jethwa is an experienced consultant currently serving in an interim role at TalentEdge since December 2023. Prior to this, Nikhil worked at Cedar from May 2021 to November 2023 as a consultant, focusing on bespoke recruitment solutions for Finance, Transformation, and Procurement leaders. Nikhil also held a consulting position at Investigo from July 2019 to May 2021, specializing in interim and permanent recruitment across diverse sectors including Accountancy, Audit, and Human Resources. Earlier career stages include progressive roles at Admiral Recruitment from March 2014 to June 2019, and founding 4k Weddings, where Nikhil served as CEO from May 2013 to January 2018. Nikhil began the professional journey as a media assistant at BAA Heathrow in 2012, supporting press coverage management. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Media Production from De Montfort University, earned in 2011.
