Patrik Dalivin is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in product management and customer support. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Talentech Sweden since January 2020, Patrik also holds the position of Customer Support Team Leader and has taken on the role of Head of Customer Success on an interim basis. Prior to this, Patrik spent nearly 11 years at ReachMee Sverige in various roles, including Customer Support Team Leader, Customer Success Manager, and Support Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at WS Software AB, Unisys, and Pupill Multimedia, where Patrik gained expertise in business consulting, technical training, and design.
