Datrell Brown is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Specialist and Help Desk Analyst 2 at Norfolk State University since August 2022. Prior experience includes work as a Computer Engineer on contract with Insight Global and roles as an IT Support Specialist at TQI Solutions, Support Technician at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM), and System Administrator Intern at Alion Science and Technology. Datrell began a career in IT through various positions at Norfolk State University, including IT Help Desk Support Assistant and Computer Lab Assistant. Academically, Datrell is pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity at Norfolk State University, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the same institution and an Engineering Technology Certificate from Norfolk Technical Center.
