Janne Malmisaari has been employed in various roles since 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Lidl Suomi, where they held roles as a warehouse worker and three separate stints as a summer stand-in transport coordinator. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu Oy, where they held roles as a Human Resources Specialist/marketing coordinator and HR Trainee. Currently, they are employed as a Marketing Manager at TalentAdore.

Janne Malmisaari began their education in 2008, when they graduated from Hämeenlinnan Yhteiskoulun Lukio with a Matriculation Exam. Janne then attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2022, studying International Business. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in Occupational Personality Assessments from SHL.
