Before that, Tracy held positions at eharmony, AEG, ShoeDazzle, Fan Appz, and Experian Marketing Services, where they gained experience in product marketing, customer acquisition, digital marketing, and client services.

Tracy St. Martin completed their Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in English from UC Santa Barbara between 1998 and 2002. In 2000, they studied abroad at Lund University for a semester, focusing on Swedish Language and Literature. Later, from 2002 to 2005, Tracy pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University.
