Thennarasu R has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Payroll Trainee at Talent MAXIMUS since December 2012, where responsibilities include payroll activities and salary processing. Prior experience includes a role as a Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank for a brief period in 2012. Thennarasu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), with a focus on employee commitment, having conducted a study at Madurai Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre. Education was completed at St. Britto Higher Secondary School from 2005 to 2007.
