Jayashree (Jaya) Srikanthan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in staffing, recruitment, and finance. Currently serving as President of Talent Junction, LLC since July 2013, Jaya has led the certified Minority Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise, and Women-Owned Business in providing impactful staffing services in Silicon Valley. In addition, Jaya is a Managing Partner at Talent Junction Indus Infotech LLP since January 2018 and held roles at UrpanTech as a Senior IT Recruiter/Account Manager, focusing on talent acquisition for direct clients. Previous positions include Resource Manager at a San Jose-based company, Finance Manager at DGN Technologies, and Manager of Operations at E-Solutions Inc, where Jaya oversaw various financial and operational responsibilities. Jaya holds a Master's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from the University of Madras.
