Xolani Mngoma currently serves as Implementation Director at OPTIMUM DIVERSITIES since January 2018 and as Learning and Development Specialist at Talent Development Institute since January 2023. Previous roles include Professional Freelancer from March 2019 to September 2021, responsible for managing facilitation within Xtensive Campuses and providing relevant resources, and Operation Manager at Xtensive Academy from November 2014 to May 2019.
