Kevin Cotton has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Recruiter at Talent Corps in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter and Boatswain's Mate in the US Navy from 2012 to 2022.

Kevin Cotton began their education in 2008 at North Lake College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Associate of Arts. Kevin then went on to attend the University of Texas at Tyler from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
