Diwash Thapa is an experienced Managing Director at Talent Connects since February 2019, responsible for overseeing business operations and providing strategic leadership. In addition to this role, Diwash serves as a Director at Talent Connects LLC in the USA since May 2024 and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Ace Institute of Management, teaching various modules for undergraduate and graduate students. Engagement in community service includes membership in the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs' Forum and previous leadership as President of AIT-Nepalese Society. Diwash worked as a Global Management Trainee at Li & Fung Limited, gaining experience across logistics and supply chain management, and holds multiple academic qualifications including an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology.
