Jose Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Jose started their career in 2013 as a Senior Recruiter at Aerotek, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment and employee relations. In 2014, they joined ALPFA, Inc as the Director of Membership & Professional Development for ALPFA Charlotte. In 2017, they transitioned to TalentBridge as a Senior Staffing Manager, focusing on recruiting for banking and financial services roles. Jose then advanced to the role of Business Development Manager in 2022, continuing their focus in the banking and finOps sector. Throughout their roles, Jose has demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating salaries, presenting candidates to clients, and assisting with onboarding and employee relations.

Jose Ruiz graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School in 1995 with a Regents HS Diploma. Jose then attended Columbia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy in 2004.
