Maria Tereza Matos is the Country Project Lead for Talent Beyond Boundaries in Portugal. Prior to this role, Maria worked as a Consultant at International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and as a Communication and Information Assistant at IOM - UN Migration. Maria holds a Master's degree in Development and Governance from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication - Journalism from Universidade de Brasília. With experience in various roles at different organizations, Maria has a strong background in political affairs and journalism.
