Tiia-Maria Kreivi is an experienced HR and Recruitment Specialist currently working at Talenom since April 2023, focusing on recruitment for trainee programs, employer branding, and recruitment marketing while creating content for social media. Previously, Tiia-Maria held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Varma from March 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included payroll, recruitment, employment life cycle management, and enhancing the employer brand image and HR systems. Prior to Varma, Tiia-Maria served as a Human Resources Generalist at Aalto University from August 2016 to March 2020, assisting in employment contracts and recruitment processes.
