Shannon Rock is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in developing computer-based training for compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Currently a Senior Instructional Designer at Talen Energy since June 2015, Shannon collaborates with subject matter experts to create instructional content based on current policies and guidelines. Previously, Shannon served as an Instructional Technologist at PPL Corporation, a Mobile Course Developer at Strayer University, and held various roles in instructional design and public relations across several organizations. Shannon holds a degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University and a degree in Public Relations from Millersville University.
