Tyler McVety is an experienced professional in experience design and customer engagement, currently serving as the Experience Design Manager for Electric Vehicles & Renewables at Consumers Energy since February 2020. In this role, Tyler leads a team of Experience Designers, utilizing design thinking methodologies to enhance customer experiences and develop strategic roadmaps. Prior to this position, Tyler was the VP of Customer Experience at Microphone, focusing on customer onboarding and retention strategies. Tyler also held the role of Lead Digital Customer Experience & Engagement Strategist at Consumers Energy, and has extensive experience from previous positions at HelloWorld, Inc. and Beyond the Shaker. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
