Lela Houseman is currently the Director of Risk Management at Talcott Financial Group. Prior to this role, Lela held positions at Athene and Global Atlantic Financial Group with a background in audit management and financial analysis. Lela holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Grand View University.
