Anita Anthonj is the Founder and CEO of Talaera, a company that provides professional development courses for employees. Anita has over 10 years of experience in the media industry, having worked as a news producer, broadcast journalist, and producer on various film projects.

Anthonj began their career in 2006 as a producer with Davien Littlefield Inc., where they led commercial production for companies like TransferWise, Audio-Technica US, and US Lacrosse. In 2011, they left Davien Littlefield to join Mercedes-Benz USA as a broadcast journalist. There, they hosted Eco-Trek, a weekly series that chronicled the Mercedes-Benz F-CELL World Drive on its tour around the world.

In 2013, Anthonj joined RTL Group as an international news producer. During their time with RTL, they managed the production of RTL's news broadcasts, orchestrated coverage of global news and media events, and led field coverage for major events such as the 2016 US Election. Anita left RTL in 2016 to start Talaera.

Anita Anthonj has a BA in Political Science and Government from FernUniversität in Hagen and a Finance Management for Film from New York University.
