Yacine Gaye, CHRM®, serves as the Head of People Systems & Analytics at talabat since August 2023, leading regional People Analytics and HRIS to enhance employee experiences through data-driven strategies and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams. Previously, Yacine held roles at Meta from January 2022 to July 2023, including Process Excellence Manager and Recruiting Programs & Operations Manager, focusing on business process optimization and talent journey enhancement. At Bloomberg LP from March 2010 to January 2022, Yacine led regional campus recruitment strategies, project management, and acted as a mentor to various teams across multiple business lines. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Management from SOAS University of London and a BA in Business Administration from Yokohama National University.
