Raid Shahin started their work experience with Jordan Post in 2006 as a Branch Manager, a role they held until 2015. In 2018, they joined Talabat as an Operations Team Lead, where they were responsible for various tasks including tracking absences, managing fleet performance, inventory management, analyzing driver performance, supervising and coaching rider captains, and ensuring rider compliance. Raid also had responsibilities in staffing and shifts, rider recruitment, and communication of shifts and fulfillment.

Raid Shahin earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Zarqa University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.
