Kelly Uphoff is an accomplished technology and product leader with extensive experience in data science and engineering. Currently, Kelly serves as the Chief Technology and Product Officer at Tala and has held the position of Chief Technology Officer. Previously, Kelly worked at Netflix in various roles, including Vice President of Data Science & Engineering, Director of Data Science, and Manager of Data Science. Additional experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at GEICO and as a Business Entrepreneurship Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
