Prasanna Desai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior management and leadership roles across the technology and gaming industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager on a fixed-term contract at Sony Interactive Entertainment since January 2022, Prasanna focuses on P&L management and enhancing the gaming experience for millions of PS5 users globally through customer experience (CX) improvements and new features, achieving significant cost savings through innovation and efficiency. Previously, Prasanna held senior management positions at Western Digital and SanDisk, overseeing diverse software portfolios and leading teams to drive impactful product development improvements. A strong foundation in technical and analytical skills was established with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from B. M. S. College of Engineering and an MBA in Data Analytics and Program Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
