Mel Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Most recently, in 2023, Mel worked at TAL Australia as the Head of Business Management - Finance. From 2017 to 2023, Mel held multiple roles at Westpac, including Business Manager and Director. Prior to that, Mel worked at BT Financial Group from 2011 to 2017, holding various roles such as Business Manager and Head of Insurance Project Portfolio. Mel also had a significant tenure at Macquarie Group from 1997 to 2004, with various roles.

Mel Andrews completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Kaplan Business School in 2020.
