Wenyi (Winnie) Xie is an experienced leader in international development and strategic investment, currently serving as the Head of International Development at TAL Education Group since September 2021. Prior to this role, Winnie held various positions at TAL Education Group from 2013 to 2021, including Head of XiaohouCode, which focuses on programming education for children. Winnie also contributed to Accenture from 2008 to 2011 as a Consultant in the TMT Industry, progressing to roles such as Senior Investment Manager and Director of Strategic Development & Investment. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital from Cornell University (2011-2013) and a BA in Economics from Peking University.
