Ricky Lau has extensive work experience in the apparel industry, primarily with TAL Apparel Limited. Ricky began their career with TAL Apparel Limited in 2003 as a Supply Chain Management Assistant Manager, and later became the Supply Chain Management Section Manager. In 2008, Ricky transitioned to the Fabric Sourcing department, where they held various managerial roles, including Fabric Sourcing Section Manager, Fabric Sourcing Department Manager, and Material Services Director. In 2019, Ricky was promoted to the position of Fabric Sourcing Director.

Ricky Lau attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they studied Textile.
