Kinya Tagawa is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisor in the Office of the President at Utokyo since April 2021. In addition, Kinya holds the positions of Honorary Fellow and Visiting Professor at the Royal College of Art since September 2015, and has been the President of Takram since August 2006. Kinya's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Industrial Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art (1999-2001) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Information Engineering from 東京大学 (1996-1999).
