Rachel Haines is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at TAKRAF Group since April 2014, Rachel is responsible for preparing and administering internal policies and procedures, along with providing expert advice on talent acquisition and HR strategy. Previously, as the Human Resources Superintendent at Traverse Drilling International from August 2011 to April 2013, Rachel implemented HR services across multiple sites and developed performance management systems. In an earlier role as HR Coordinator at Harmony Gold (PNG Services) Pty Ltd from February 2008 to August 2011, Rachel led the HR team in managing workforce data and enhancing candidate attraction strategies. Rachel holds an Advanced Diploma of Management, Human Resources from Australian Professional Skills Institute RTO52007.
