Warren's extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson spanned nearly a decade, where responsibilities included Director of External Manufacturing & Sourcing and Senior Manager of External Operations at Ethicon, Inc. Warren's earlier career includes various roles in procurement and operations, demonstrating a strong background in supply chain management and manufacturing across multiple prestigious companies. Warren holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Africa.
