Samir Wadhawan serves as a Data Strategy and Analytics Leader in Oncology & Cell Therapy at Takeda. Previously, Samir was the Senior Director and Head of Computational Biology at a VC-Backed Stealth Biotech NewCo and held the position of Director for Data Strategy and Design in Human Genetics at GSK. Samir's career includes significant roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Principal Scientist and Senior Research Investigator in Translational Bioinformatics, as well as earlier positions at Merck focused on Computational and Systems Biology and RNAi Therapeutics. Samir earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Penn State University.
