Alexandra Hilgers is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and a proven track record in HR strategy, organizational transformation, and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of HR and global HRBP Transformation Strategy at Takeda, Alexandra oversees HR operations for a manufacturing site with over 2,800 employees and is a member of the Board in Austria. Previous roles include Director of HR and Communications at Shire and Head HR Business Partner at Baxalta, where leadership encompassed various HR functions across multiple facilities. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in International Economies and Business Administration from the University of Vienna, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange Program in International Business Administration.
