Jennifer Jin Ma is a versatile professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at the AI Institute for Adult Learning and Online Education (AI-ALOE), since January 2024, Jennifer is involved in developing innovative AI-based models for online adult education. As Chief of Staff at Take2 since October 2023, Jennifer contributes to initiatives aimed at empowering justice-impacted individuals. Jennifer holds multiple roles including Partner at LJM Partners and Brand Strategist at Flybloc, both started in July 2023. Additionally, since January 2015, Jennifer has been the Founder and Director of little oasis family club. Early career experiences include consultancy work as a Freelancer and positions in PR/Marketing at Nestl¨¦ Nespresso SA and as Senior Brand Manager at Å·À³ÑÅ. Education includes a Master's degree in Education from Harvard University (2022-2024) and a degree from The University of Auckland (2002-2006).
