Elaine Tay is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Takasago International Corporation since September 2001, Elaine previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior to this role, Elaine worked as the Human Resource Manager at Telelift Automation Pte Ltd from January 1993 to August 2001. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford.
