May Almarkhan is a seasoned technology operations professional with extensive experience at Takamol Holding, serving as a Senior Officer in Technology Operations since December 2019. Responsibilities include applying and maintaining incident and change request operations while coordinating with team members to troubleshoot and develop solutions. Previously, May held the position of Technology Operations Officer, focusing on ISO technical operations processes and technical incidents operations.
