Hamad Alduwais has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hamad is currently the Director of Operations at Takamol Holding, where they manage and oversees the organization's branches across Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, they were the Head of Command and Control at Najm Company for Insurance Services, where they reported to the VP of Operations and managed the central command and control department. Hamad has also worked as a Category Manager at Delivery Hero and as a Country Category Manager and Supply Manager at Careem. Additionally, Hamad has experience as an Entrepreneur at Lamar Industries, a Demand Planner and GDP Supply Chain employee at Henkel, and a Graduate Engineering Trainee at GE Energy. Hamad has also worked on projects at the Saudi Water Authority and served as an Advisory Board Member at KFUPM. In 2009, they volunteered at a Community Club.

Hamad Alduwais attended King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering.
