Alicia Morales has extensive experience in innovation and digital transformation, currently serving as the Leader of the Digital Innovation Ecosystem in the Strategy Department at Ecopetrol since March 2019. Concurrently, Alicia holds the position of Coordinadora de Innovaci贸n y Nuevos Proyectos at Takami S.A. since February 2016. Previously, Alicia worked as a Category Manager at Falabella Retail from September 2018 to November 2021. Additionally, Alicia has been a student at the Colegio de Estudios Superiores en Administraci贸n (CESA) since June 2012, where Alicia also completed studies from 2012 to 2015.
