Michael Slaugh has over a decade of experience in operations and technical roles, currently serving as the Assets Operations Supervisor at TAIT since April 2013, where additional responsibilities include leading the Hoist/Winch Department and working as a Hoist Mechanic. Previous experience includes tenure as a Tactical Aircraft Technician specializing in both A-10 and F-35 airframes within the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force, respectively, as well as work on F-16 aircraft. Prior to military service, Michael carried out roles in the automotive industry, including a Recondition Associate position at Lancaster Toyota Mazda - Scion and drywall delivery with J.C. Snavely & Sons. Michael holds a High School Diploma from Hempfield High School and furthered education at York Technical Institute.
