James Steel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software and firmware design, particularly in the medical and communications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Tait Communications since November 2021, James previously held the position of Firmware Design Engineer at HamiltonJet and served as a Software Architect at Dynamic Controls. In the latter role, responsibilities included identifying architectural implementation methods and aligning strategies with company goals to deliver high-quality medical products. James also contributed as a Software Engineer, developing software for safety-critical embedded systems aimed at enhancing mobility for people with disabilities.
