Charley Jones is an experienced Change Manager at tails.com since September 2018, responsible for managing organizational changes necessary for rapid growth in the UK and internationally, while also leading the expansion of the company's proposition into retail. Previously, Charley held several roles at Tesco from September 2014 to August 2018, including Transformation Manager, where successful leadership of a team on a food waste reduction program resulted in significant cost savings and charitable contributions, and Transformation Analyst, focusing on internal processes and advanced planning systems. Charley began a career in business change through a graduate scheme, achieving substantial savings and improvements in supply chain performance. Charley holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Bristol, earned in 2014.
