Noa Inbar Hershkovitz is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of People at TailorMed since November 2021. Prior to this role, Noa worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon from January 2017 to November 2021. Noa also held the position of VP of Human Resources at AlgoSec, where responsibilities included establishing the HR function and developing HR activities and policies. Previous experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner at PwC Israel and HR & Operations Manager at MyHeritage. Noa holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and a BA in Psychology and Management, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
