Karen Meaney (Girard) has over a decade of experience in various roles in human resources and recruitment. Karen is currently employed as a Recruiting Director at Tailored Management since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at mix talent from October 2020 to November 2021. From September 2018 to October 2020, they served as a Recruiting Manager at Tailored Management and from August 2017 to September 2018, they held the position of Senior Recruiter at the same company. Before joining Tailored Management, Karen worked as an HR Specialist at LabCorp from May 2016 to August 2017. Karen started their career at Maxim Healthcare Services in April 2011 as a Credentialing Coordinator and later became a Program Manager from June 2014 to February 2016.
