Noam Shecther Elya has held various roles in the Israeli Navy since 2010, including Deputy Commander of the Airborne and UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Unit of the Israeli Navy, Commander of the Operations Room in the Ashdod Navy base, IDF Command Military Academy & Naval specialization, Maritime Control and Radar Systems Operator of the Airborne Patrol Unit, and Maritime Control and Radar Systems Operator training course. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Salesman at International Diamond Center. Noam Shecther currently holds the role of Sales Development Representative at Tailor Brands since 2022.

Noam Shecther Elya attended the De Beers Institute of Diamonds from 2018 to 2018, where they achieved a Diamond Foundation Course in Diamonds. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they attended the IDF Junior Command Military Academy, where they achieved the rank of Captain in the Israeli Navy.
