Eshchar Ben-Haiem has over eight years of professional experience. From 2022 to present, they have been working at Tailor Brands as a Customer Success Manager and at Avo as a Customer Service Operations Specialist. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at EL AL Israel Airlines where they held the roles of TSA Supervisor, Trainer, and Customer Service Agent and Gate Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2014 to 2017 as a Project Manager and Researcher.

Eshchar Ben-Haiem obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2013 and 2016. In 2020, they completed a course in Fashion Journalism at Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art.
