Craig Williams has extensive experience in operations and customer engagement within the housing and support services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Housing at Tai Tarian since December 2018, Craig has held multiple roles including Housing Manager and Income Team Leader. Prior to this, Craig worked as a Senior Supervisor at Goleudy Victim & Witness Service, focusing on vulnerable individuals impacted by major incidents. Experience also includes positions as ASB Coordinator at Pobl Group and Neighbourhood Housing Officer at Careers Wales West, where Craig provided housing advice and career guidance. Craig's career began at City and County of Swansea as a Housing Assessment Assistant, and educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
