Andrew Schurr

Restoration Program Manager at Tahoe Resource Conservation District

Andrew Schurr is a seasoned professional in environmental conservation and restoration, currently serving as the Restoration Program Manager at Tahoe Resource Conservation District since August 2019. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Oregon and a tenure as a Board Member for the National Wilderness Stewardship Alliance. Schurr has also worked as a General Ranger in the Backcountry for the National Park Service and held the position of Stewardship Program Manager at Friends of the Inyo, where responsibilities included managing significant restoration projects. Additionally, Schurr began a career in conservation as a SNAP AmeriCorps Service Member with the Sierra Nevada Alliance.
