Meg Urie Rab currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Tahoe Forest Health System and owns A Mindful Midlife, where Meg also functions as a content creator. With a strong background in marketing, Meg previously owned and directed POND Collective, an award-winning graphic design and web development firm known for enhancing corporate identities and providing a range of design services. Between 2012 and 2018, Meg owned and edited The Truckee Insider, focusing on promoting local events and businesses. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Marketing at Gamet Technology and Brand Development Manager at Essentiel Elements. Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, obtained in 1998.
