Sonja Graf currently holds the position of Manager Consulting & Teamlead at Tagueri AG since January 2022, following a successful tenure as Head of Project Performance at ByteConsult GmbH from November 2011 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Project Performance business unit, developing new products and services, and providing project management support for varied client projects. Sonja Graf also has experience in process optimization and project management within the automotive sector and has been instrumental in establishing a cross-company PMO and implementing CRM software for global digital product rollouts.
