Ed Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ed started their career as a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where they supervised staff and improved responsiveness for repair to facilities. After leaving the military, Ed worked as a Production Supervisor at Federal Mogul, overseeing manufacturing departments in transition to lean manufacturing and constraint management. Ed then joined BearingPoint as a Senior Consultant, where they served as technical lead and project manager for various engagements involving Activity Based Costing, Balanced Scorecard, and process reengineering.
Ed later joined Cerner Corporation as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for coordinating development of professional services pricing and packaging estimates. Ed also worked at Scarbrough International as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Intelligence, and later as the Director of Information Technology. At Taggart International, Ed held the role of Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Strategy.
In addition to their corporate roles, Ed also established Randori Consulting LLC, providing executive and leadership coaching services on a part-time basis.
Ed Rogers obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from William Jewell College in 1994. Ed went on to pursue an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University from 2005 to 2007. In 2003, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
